Victoria in Taos valley
 

As you look North from the town of Taos, New Mexico you see Mt. Wheeler, the tallest peak in New Mexico.

I had brought the horse with me from Tulsa, we had worked together before. Victoria however, we found wondering in the field. At times she seemed interested and curiousbut mostly she just carried on, oblivious to my instructions.

I hope some day to paint this first image of Victoria with the possible support of the other references.

Oh Mike, this will be wonderful. I especially like the slightly windblown hair. Does this woman ever take a bad picture?

She looks pretty good even while gathering firewood.
