Head drawing
 

I did this drawing in preparation for a larger oil painting. Graphite and black conte pastel on cheap paper. There is actually more room around his head, sorry this photo doesn't show it.

Very nice. His far eye seems a bit droopy and half closed, compared to his near eye, though.

Once again, you have a good eye Michele. Actually his near eye is open too much, and a bit too far over to the right. But by the time I realized it, the paper was too saturated. I'll use some real paper next time. Thanks.
