Thoughts On This Frame Supplier...?

Hello working painters!

Just wondering if any of you have done business with these folk http://www.kevaneandco.com/index.html and have any experiences you'd wish to share with us. I've got my first artist's reception weekend after next and have to grab a couple of "museum looking" frames shipped to me pronto! I'm considering these because the prices seem super reasonable.

Thanks to all who share.

~Gear

I've never worked with those guys but you might want to try www.jfmenterprises.net -- you'd have to have a state reseller's license (which all artists should have anyway) to see the prices or to buy from them. Their quality is decent and their prices are great. Assume that the shipping will be about the same as the cost of the frame, but it's still a great deal. If you need the frames in a rush, shipping will cost you more, of course.

Thanks a lot Michele. I will get an account from them asap as I now remember you and others speaking of JFM as being VERY low priced for good quality. For this week though, I need to just get what I can in the next day or two that will suffice for just two paintings.

By the by, what a GAME today, eh? It's just too bad the Hawks didn't push through on that last OT drive. DANG IT!

~Gear.....missin' Seattle (but not the recent weather...hope you and family faired well)
