Charcoal and Conte' Crayon

One of the assignments of a photography course I was involved in was to take black and white photos of things we found most appealing. While strolling around a local gardens area with my camera I came across this lovely, young woman. Fortunately, she agreed to pose for me 'for future artist purposes' and I came away with some great shots of her. This is the result of my attempt to capture her likeness on paper.

21" x 27", charcoal and white conte' crayon on toned paper.

Thanks for taking time to look.

Pat
