Associated Creative Artists. I was actually looking for some leads in the Austin area, but the ACA site caught my eye because of some names on their current workshop line-up, including a favorite of mine, Gregg Kreutz, as well as SOG Artist
Joy Thomas.
Current chair of the membership committee is Marian Hirsch. I believe there's contact information on the website, but if not then get back to me on that.
