Lam, did you take this photo with a flash? The highlights look a bit too bright. The hand seems to be the wrong proportion in regards to the face, in other words the hand looks too big. The edges need to be softened more. Most of your edges are sharp without any variation. The dress in particular could be softened a bit more as well as the contours of the face.
