Richard you might have something set up in your "preference" file for the Internet that's causing a problem, I thought of that because I went crazy trying to get the image out of that email account!
Or perhaps there is a filter or something on the site that needs to be cleared.
Always make sure it's the correct size of a max 400 pixels wide x 600 pixels tall.
I love the old saying; "A human can error, it takes a computer to really foul things up"!
