Very nice.

I would add one consideration, examine the chroma of the red sweater. In the photographic representation here it appears too strong consequently causing the facial tones to be more muted and grey.

This could be a result of your concerns for the quality of the photograph so I think you are the better judge.

I, too, think the chair in the background needs to be worked on. The colorfulness makes it jump out. And, yes, I think the painting would be better if the edge of that sofa were softened.

The fingers didn't concern me until they were brought to my attention and I think it is one of those things that can be improved and need to be caught early in the process.

All in all a very nice portrait and one to be proud of.
