Thanks, Pam. Yeah, I guess "mystical" is appropriate. I wanted to create some questions to this portrait, something to make the viewer puzzle out things.
Julie, this is so nice, and such a nice thing to do, I don't know what to say, except to echo what all the others have said. It must be such a comfort to his family to have this painting.
