Here we are!
Carlos your paintings looked tremendous in the gallery.
There were quite a few people (I went early ) and I heard some nice comments. I am sorry I was not able to stay for long.
Congratulations

Thanks SO much, Ilaria. I am ever grateful...........I owe you another tour of the Prado.
(strange to see my pieces in a strange place, still not used to this gallery thing...)
Thanks Enzie and David for your encouraging words. Very much appreciated.

Carlos, the exhibit looks great! How many paintings did you show? I love the painting with the lady in the long skirt with her back to us and wish I could have seen all of them in person.
Thanks Ilaria for sharing these photos with us. It's so cool that you went to the opening!

Thanks very much Chris and Enzie.
Enzie, I had 12 or so pieces in the list of paintings that were shipped to London, but I see that around 7 were hanging on opening night.
The gallery has just updated their website, so here is the link for those interested. You can take a virtual tour:

Carlos,
The 1st thing I was struck with was how strong the figurative pieces in this gallery are. If you only knew what sort of bad art I get to see in my local galleries in southern Orange County. Strong pieces are very hard to come by!
I am happy to see that you were able to exhibit there and hope that you have been signed on permanently. Again congratulations for the wonderful exposure.
