Hello and welcome! You've received a lot of good feedback here already, but I thought I'd jump in with a few things too.

The hands are really well done. You captured a pretty and elegant gesture and made it look effortless. Really nice.

My first impression was that this was a girl in her late teens. I think that you've aged her a bit by emphasizing the contrast in her face, notably on the left side of her nose, under her lower lip, and the contour of her upper lip. Take another look at the line of her jaw to see where it curves up into her hair, and whether the cheek plane you've given her is too large. Also, you may want to check the relative size of her parts, especially the relationship of her upper arm to her face.
