Thanks for your friendly comments.

The dimensions of the paintings are 40 x 50 cm (all three of them). I actually like titanium white very much, I tried others but used titanium white again after that. I try to copy the lighting the old masters used.

I use water to mix with the acrylic paint. To mix with oil-paint I use TALENS 'painting medium'. I don't know exactly what kind of ingredients they put in their painting medium. http://www.talens.com

In the near future I want to create a more varied portfolio of paintings. Most of my models are friends of mine which I have painted. I'm starting out as a portrait painter in a commercial sense, so the ASOPA web site and this forum is a valuable source of information.
