Wonderful light in this one Jane. The message is in the pose. It tells the story of the title perfectly. I really enjoy looking at your work. Do you, perhaps, have some shots of any WIPs laying around you can post? Would love to see your process.

Hi Jane,

It's good to see your work again. This is wonderful and strong - gorgeous skin tones, and I love the triangular composition.

You have a certain no-nonsense directness in your work that is very appealing.

How big is this, by the way?

Gorgeous! A great example of a title being an essential part of the painting. Without that it would still be a beautiful image, though confusing. With this precise and simple title it has so much more power!

This is a powerful, provocative, and inspirational portrait. Your inventive interpretation of luminence and the color of light is masterful. I love your paintings and am so glad you are sharing this with us. This might as well be in the unveilings section.
