Steve,

Lovely! The composition is so simple and dynamic at the same time. The part of the chair becomes an abstract support for Gracie. Her face is so full of life, and I like the way you've caught what appears to be a fleeting moment. Was it hard to get her to stay still?

Steve--

This is stupendously rendered, and so simple at the same time.

I remember the first original of yours that I encountered in 2000 at PSOA, and that it knocked me flat. This is no exception.

Very sweet and lovely. The fabric is handled with delicacy and grace.

Oh, my, how wonderful, Steve. Could you please post some closeups?

I love the subtlety in your color transitions, and I really do benefit by being able to see them up close.

Thank you!

I should have thought to post close-ups.
Unfortunately, I only had my old 3 mp camera on hand when I photographed this painting. Hopefully, there won't be too much noise for you.
